Meet Dr. Mahesh Sameera, the mind behind Kaveri Ayurvedic centre. He is a certified massage therapist and a qualified traditional Ayurvedic doctor, who dreamt of growing up to treat and heal people since he was as young as seven years. With a decade of education and experience in Sri Lanka and overseas, in physical therapy, Pranic healing, acupuncture, cupping and Ayurveda, Mahesh has well made a clear path to his goals today, running seven branches of Ayurveda across the island.

He believes that healing the body and the mind through holistic methods is a sacred practice, revered by South Asian practitioners, and aims to translate this experience for locals and visitors in Sri Lanka who are looking for more sustainable ways of treating the body and mind.
